Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

If your item doesn’t fit, we offer size exchanges only — no refunds — under the following conditions:

 

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• The original hangtag is still attached

• The item is returned in its original packaging

• The product is free of stains, odors, or signs of use

 

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been tried on without a protective layer or shows any signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to request a return or exchange

To initiate a return or request an exchange:

 

1. Email us at support@shoprebelles.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
